Proactive Ship Management Private Limited (PSMPL) was established in 2011 with an aim to provide quality ship management services to our esteemed clients in a timely and cost effective manner. We at PSMPL ensure to acheive zero accident and zero detention of all the vessels owned and operated by us accross the globe.

Company started mangament of ship since 2011 and holds domestic document of compliance and document of compliance for bulk carrier, oil tanker, offshore vessels, general cargo, coastal vessels, passenger vessels and high speed craft vessels issued to us by directorate general of shipping India.

PSMPL is one among the few companies who holds the license to operate high speed craft vessels in India

Our Mission

Proactive Ship Management Pvt Ltd Vision is to become a Leader in providing experienced Seafarers & Quality Ship Management Services to its clients assisting them to meet and exceed their business objectives building and maintaining long term business relationships.

PSMPL was established in 2011 by P. Kumar who is an Ex Nautical Surveyor cum DDG Tech, MMD, Haldia, D.G. Shipping, India, Ex. Port State Control Officer, Haldia and Flag State Inspector India. Mr. Kumar is also a Lead Auditor (ISO 9001: 2008) established this organization with an aim to provide Quality ship management services by giving both the owners and the world high standard of service at a reasonable cost.
